Build D3 is representative of our 3rd generation builders, Jeff and Stetson. The team has expertise in all facets of construction with a combined 50+ year history of building in Southern California. We are a family centered company that values the community we live in.

Our Team
Son of a custom home builder, Jeff grew up to know construction like the back of his hand. His depth of knowledge and love of architecture makes his building style one of a kind. Paired with his years in the business world, Jeff and his team produce on time and on budget results. Jeff is the President of BuildD3.

Stetson is a third generation builder. At age 18 he started a custom millwork company with his Father using reclaimed materials to transform Homes and Restaurants. At age 26 he began building ground-up homes in West LA as a Senior Project Manager. He has continued higher education in architecture and engineering as a passion. He and his wife are now invaluable partners in Build D3.
Stetson Fitch
Director of Operations
Sean is an Army Veteran who brings a decade of project management expertise and 12 years in construction to BuildD3. He has successfully led projects ranging from $10,000-$13 million. He specializes in custom cabinetry and furniture, combining precision, leadership and craftsmanship to deliver exceptional results for every client.

Christine is the daughter of a custom home builder, with a degree in fashion design. She brings five years of custom cabinetry and interior design experience and 10 years of marketing experience, is a registered Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) with the California CSLB and is an active member of the Conejo Association of Professional Interior Designers (C.A.P.I.D.). She specializes in functional, whole-home storage solutions and design that unite style with everyday living.
