Our History
Coming from a construction family Jeff deDomenico & Stetson Fitch have building in their blood. Jeff spent 25 years in the business industry while pursuing his passion for developing on the side. Stetson has spent the past 15 years in the construction industry. When Jeff met Sophia in 2009 he was a businessman by day and a general contractor on the weekends. Sophia and Jeff were married in 2010 and together started BuildD3 as a venture to use their construction & design expertise. Together they have built beautiful custom homes and countless number of client remodels. In 2020 the BuildD3 team decided to take a leap of faith turning their side hustle into their full time profession. BuildD3 has been perfecting the art of commercial and residential construction ever since.
Our Team
Son of a custom home builder, Jeff grew up to know construction like the back of his hand. His depth of knowledge and love of architecture makes his building style one of a kind. Paired with his years in the business world, Jeff and his team produce on time and on budget results. Jeff is the President of BuildD3.

Sophia is the VP of sales & marketing for BuildD3. She is a proud mother, former medical professional, and has learned the hard knocks of the industry from working in the construction world. Her passion for art and aesthetics has led her to transform houses all over the country with both style and function. Every project yields a blend of natural architecture, comfort, and charm.

Stetson is a third generation builder. At age 18 he started a custom millwork company with his Father using reclaimed materials to transform Homes and Restaurants. At age 26 he began building ground-up homes in West LA as a Senior Project Manager. He has continued higher education in architecture and engineering as a passion. He and his wife are now invaluable partners in Build D3.
Stetson Fitch
Co-owner & Director of Operations
Travis began his construction career as a general laborer and worked his way up to senior foreman. He then went on to work in Hollywood as a low voltage technician before accepting a position as a Project Manager building ground-up homes in the Los Angeles area. He strives to understand every aspect of the construction process to provide clients the finished product they desire.
